The first few pictures are from my phone- the girls were so excited to finally leave for this trip! Are my kids the only ones that get as excited about a shuttle ride as as they do about an airplane ride??
We arrived in Salt Lake City very late Wednesday night. My brother Jeff picked us up, Lexi was so stinking happy to see her cousin Abbey jump out of the car. Even though it was after midnight on a school night her dad let her come to greet one of her favorite cousins.
Day One we took the kids to Temple Square. Since we went to Nauvoo last year the kids have really enjoyed learning and seeing a lot of church history sights. They loved Temple Square- LOVED IT!
They kids enjoyed the Visitor's Center, the Conference Center, and the Tabernacle. I think their favorite was standing on top of the Conference Center and being able to see all over the city.
