Two days ago Baylee fell down the stairs. We can't figure out if it was the puzzle box she had in her hands that hit her eye- or if she hit it on the stairs. But what ever it was- it looks horrible.
If you ask her about her eye, it sounds like she is saying, "I have a black guy." She cracks me up!
These first two pictures were taken yesterday. It was embarrassing taking her to the gym and someone asking if she had makeup on. No, my daughter has a horrible black eye- and yes- she really DID fall down the stairs. I feel like all the abuse cover up stories you hear include the excuse that someone fell down the stairs.
Baylee will tell you how she got her "black guy", and that the puzzle wouldn't fall out of her hands. I think she must be trying to say as she was falling she couldn't or wouldn't let go of the puzzle box?
Here is what it looks like today. It keeps getting darker, ugh! She had her tumble/ dance class today and her teacher actually shrieked when she saw it. But Baylee responded- I'm o'tay.

It really does look like she got into some eyeshadow and mascara! Poor thing
Yea, the first thing I thought of was eye shadow! She's so cute. Thank goodness bodies heal. ;)
