Sorry Blog.....

My blog is at the bottom of the priority list. I have so many intentions of updating, but by the time I read everyone else's blog my little Miss Baylee is into something she shouldn't be and I have to put it off another day.
Here's a picture Lexi took.

Carly is trying to learn to ride her bike without training wheels. Her friend Bryn can do it, and anything Bryn can do Carly wants to do (that's why she learned to tie her shoes- jealous little girl!). She kept trying, but by the end of the day the training wheels were back on and we'll try again another day. And if you click on the picture you will notice the lovely polygamist look. Darrell told her to put a pair of pants on, and since she had a dress on she put the pants on under the dress. I tried to explain the polygamist look is out- she gave me a weird look and ran back outside.

LOVE the competition. The only reason I learned to ride a bike was b/c my LITTLE sister (we're talking four years younger) learned to ride hers. Sad.

I think it's okay if your blog isn't up to date. I only get around to ours once a month. Then I just put a few posts on at once and call it good. When you do get posts up (and I think you do a good job of getting them up frequently) they are always super entertaining to read. You have a great sense of humor :)

She is way more motivated than Kate. She gets so scared. Don't feel bad about the blog. Mine is SOOOO neglected. Better it than my family!

Loved the post before this one too. It is hard to watch them struggle, but nothing can replace the self-esteem they aquire by doing things for themselves. I guess it is time I let my kids crack some eggs!!! For some reason it freaks me out to let them do it!!

Way to go Carly! THat's great! My Bekkah, now 6, wants very little to do with her cute new bike...she needs a little competitive motivation. I am thinkin once her 3 year old little brother gets it, it may motivate her a little...he is so close!

Adorable. The little brother is that way with the big brother in our family. Good and bad, you know???
