Baylee and I flew out of Bentonville on two inches of ice... very scary! Everyone on the plane was nervous since we did slide a little. We landed in Las Vegas to sunny weather- ahhh! We drove up to Cedar City for my nephew James wedding. It was such a quick visit with so many of my siblings- I wish it could have been MUCH longer!

Kylea was in charge of my camera- I should have specified no pictures of me and get pictures of the bride and groom! But she did great to get so many of the cousins- my kids miss them so much.
Saturday we stayed with Grandma Wiser, and went to Caleb's baptism. He is growing so fast- it was great to see him and Chase again. Their little sister Chloe is a doll!
Unfortunately that night Baylee decided not to sleep- at. all. She had a fever, cough, and runny nose. I am so sick of my kids being sick! She finally fell asleep at 3:30, and woke up again at 6:30. I stayed home from church with her- she then slept all. day. Sharon and I talked quite a bit Saturday night, but Sunday it was hard to talk because I was dozing or Baylee was sleeping on me most of the day.
Monday we went back to spend more time with her- and Baylee was starting to feel much better.
Tuesday I went to my friend Janelle's house for lunch. We both moved to Las Vegas at 11 and our backyards connected. There was a group of us at church that have remained close. It's such an unheard of thing- but we were blessed to have such great friends growing up! I should have pulled out my camera...
Wednesday I went to park day with our old ward and saw a few of our friends. Many didn't want to brave the cold- it was over 50 degrees and sunny, I had to laugh that they thought it was cold. Only in Las Vegas do you think that! Baylee ran her little heart out with the kids and is quite obsessed with my friend Jenny's kids. Again, I wish I would have pulled the camera out. I spent the rest of the afternoon with Jenny- just like in the old days! Baylee has asked me many times for her friends, the Scow's.

Wednesday night my mom's sisters were in town to pick up my Grandma, I haven't seen them in so long! Baylee did all kinds of performing for them. I think she knew Grandma Betty was leaving because she kept running over and giving her quick hugs.

Thursday morning we woke up at an early 3:30 to be to the airport by 4:30. We had 22 inches of snow back home and I wasn't sure my plane would land. It did though- and Darrell and the girls were there to greet Baylee and I.
It was such a fun trip- I wish it could have been longer, but I also missed my little family. Baylee loved all the attention from all her Grandma's and aunts, uncles, and cousins- such a spoiled little girl!
