My cousin recently posted on her blog the question, "Does anyone read this?" I know exactly what she means. We all take time out of our lives to update and post on our blogs, but when no one comments you wonder why you do it.
I have been thinking the same thing lately. But I can't stop my blog! I have invested too much time into it and it's better then my journal I keep under my bed. This journal has pictures of my kids and pretty up to date things we've been up to. My journal under my bed gets updated every 6 months or so it seems, and it has no pictures.
So I am going to try harder to keep my blog updated and comment more on everyone else's blogs instead of being too lazy to sign in. I don't want anyone to stop their blog because they think it's not being read, when the truth is- it is being read and I love reading about each of you!

I read your blog. I think your family is so cute. I have to say I do use Google reader and I dont comment much either. But I do read every post of yours. You are an amazing mom, and have a cute family.

As for comments, I have learned that we do the blog more for ourselves than for others. I just got my 2010 posts printed into a book and WOW, what an awesome 225+ page yearbook of our lives last year. I blog for me, if others enjoy it, that's just an added bonus. :)
I love reading your blog. As a mother of all girls, I appreciate your blogs, because they help me come up with ideas for my own girls and know what things to look forward to as my girls get older. Keep up the posts. I'll try to comment more as well. It is so easy to just read and not say anything.
I like to read your blog too! Blog reading is more fun than updating but it does make a good family history and I'm horrible at the actual journal thing. I promise to comment more! Keep the posts coming! :D
I love stopping by your blog. I haven't had the time to read as much as I used to, or write as you have noticed on my blog. I wish I hadn't let it go this past year, and I mean to get back to it. I catch up on your blog at least once or twice a month! I too love seeing what you are up to and how cute your girls are!
I do read all the new posts that show up on my little dashboard, but I'm so bad at commenting. I'll be better at commenting...and having something not goofy to say. Keep up the great work!

I am a regular...I love reading your blog! sorry I don't comment much either...the comments have really tapered off for me since we went private... I was also wondering if it was worth it for while but I just printed my 3rd book (for the 3rd year) and I LOVE IT!!! I have 3 full years of journal, pictures included...It's so rewarding!

I have to admit I'm a blog stalker. I read often, but comment little. Keep in mind that you are really writing this blog for your kids and not for us, so if we don't comment, remember that there are other great reasons to continue to write.
I always read but its mostly while I am at work (like now) and so I often do not comment to keep my "other sites visited" to a minimum. But I do read and I love it!
I read your blog. And I love watching your beautiful girls grow and seeing what you guys are up to. This is definitely an ideal way of keeping in touch with each other.
