We had a fun week celebrating Halloween! Lexi was a High School Musical cheerleader and got to use my friends pom poms who actually cheered at East High! Ashlee was Vidia the fairy witch, and Carly was Cinderella. It was fun to have Halloween on a Friday this year, it's nice to not worry about getting kids bathed and into bed on time. After trick or treating we went over a friends house and roasted smores in their fire pit. We were then sufficiently sugared up so we then had to fight getting the kids to bed. The kids are already talking about what they want to be next year!! I'm glad it only comes once a year- we have 3 FULL wal mart bags of candy! Of course the good stuff will be gone in a few days and the rest will slowly be thrown out with out the kids knowing!

When I read that none of them liked the inside of the pumpkin, I thought. HMMM! I bet they got that from their mom! I remember how you get grossed out!!!!
Looks like lots of fun and sounds like it was a successful Halloween. Isn't it crazy how the kids are already looking forward to next year?

Those were such cute costumes! Ashtyn was also a princess and would fight us everytime it was time to take off her princess constume (she wore it for about 3 days straight). I am so glad that you found are blog it is great to hear from you!

My husband just heard back from the Wal-Mart recruiter and they are talking at noon tomorrow. Should be interesting. We shall see how it goes. :-) I'll keep you updated.

It was so nice that Halloween was on a Friday and that kids here in Nevada got it off from school too! Most of our good candy is already gone too, plus the Great Pumpkin came and took most of it!
Looking good! I love how Kennedy and Ashlee had the same basic costume but still made it theirs.
I'm with carly...i mainly hate itchy arms from digging it out. my pumpkin is still whole, sitting on the porch. maybe next year.
