Baylee's Blessing

We blessed Baylee this weekend and loved having some family here. Mom and Robyn came Wednesday night and Sharon came Thursday night. Friday Darrell and Sharon took the girls to Silver Dollar City for a fun day. They had lot's of fun, but came home a little early since it was so humid and hot. Mom and Robyn stayed here to keep Baylee and I company, so we did a little shopping and got mom's blog caught up.

Kevin Amy and their girls came Saturday night, and we all went out for dessert- thanks mom, it was so good!! My kids love to see and spend time with their cousins. Baylee enjoyed her cousins too!

Sunday we all were ready on time! This is a huge deal for my little family- I always have the kids ready for church, but I am never ready on time. Not only were we ready and to church on time, we were a half hour early! In Baylee's blessing Darrell spoke a lot of missionary work. In each of my girls blessing a few things have stuck out in my mind and in Baylee's a lot was said of her being happy, and a lot was said of missionary work, and that she was prepared before she came by those that have passed on before her. I know both mine and Darrell's Dad's are teaching and loving our girls before they leave and come down to be with us.

It's always so sad to see family go. I cried for a few hours last night- the house just seems so quiet and a little lonely when they leave. My girls are sad and can't wait to see both Grandma's again in a few months for Ashlee's baptism!
