It was such a relaxing Easter Sunday for us! How great to be able to not have to rush to get to church (cause in our ward you may get there and find there are no seats left and end up in the Primary room!) We loved listening to Conference and letting the kids play and fight and play and fight, then we sent them outside so we didn't have to listen to them fight anymore!:)
Saturday we colored eggs and made cookies. The kids have so much fun being outside, and I don't have to worry about the spills staining anything!
As usual the Easter Bunny hid the baskets and colored eggs. Each of the girls thought for sure they knew where their basket would be since it seemed like the baskets were hidden in the same places. The EB tricked them and they had to look a lot harder for their baskets this year.
Baylee's was in her saucer. She didn't really care about it until her bottle was gone- then she LOVED the candy!
Ashlee found hers next int he dryer.
Lexi finally found hers in Baylee's bathtub.
Everyone got a new shirt, a kite, candy, "sugar gum" (my kids are not allowed anything but sugar free gum, except at holidays)FLARP, and bubbles. Baylee's had different things, she got new baby food (she does not like the new stuff- it's the meats and vegatables mixed- yuck!), bath toys, pacifiers, and a few pieces of candy. Everyone's favorite was the FLARP! They think it is the funniest thing ever, even Baylee laughs. The next favorite is the gum, like I said, it's a HUGE deal to get REAL bubble gum!
Ashlee wanted her eggs hidden inside, but Carly and Lexi wanted the EB to hide them outside. I think next year they will all be hunting outside- it was pretty funny watching them in their pajama's run all over the yard!
We hope you had a fun Easter too!

looks like so much fun! It was a great way to spend Easter!
Cute pictures. We had our hunt inside because it was snowing. I also enjoyed being able to relax, but I'm a bad mom, I made my kids get dressed up for grandma's house.
Baylee and Ashlee look exactly the same! They could be IDENTICAL TWINS!!!!!!
