Happy Birthday Ashlee!

Today my Ashlee Nicole turns 8! Ashlee is such a sweet loving girl. I joke with Darrell saying she will be our Democrat, earth loving, save the planet and animals child. She loves to recycle. I know I should be better at it, but I have to draw the line when she is pulling things out of the trash to create a new piece of art with.

When I think back to Ashlee as a baby and toddler there are so many sweet little memories I have. Anyone who knows her will notice her raspy voice. Her first cry was raspy, and many doctors ask if she is hoarse -nope that's just her voice.

She has the most beautiful smile! Her smile is contagious. Along with her beautiful smile is quite the frowny pouty face.

I think of how her hair grows forward- so many pictures I have of her with hair in the face.

Boy could this little girl make a mess! I will confess- she gets it from her mother!

She has always loved stuffed animals- her imaginary friends were care bears! We had our family picture taken and Ashlee wouldn't smile- the lady held up the little bear and Ashlee had to hold it to even look remotely happy in the picture.

I think back on her cute little cheeks- on her face!:) I love her little round face! She has the cutest facial expressions! I loved her little lisp she use to have too!

We are so thankful to have Ashlee in our family! Here is a few things about Ashlee today:
