Ashlee was able to do the Chemistry Unit in TREC this semester, and has had so much fun! She loves science, so this semester I think was her favorite. For the showcase they had a bunch of different experiments on different tables for the families to do. Ashlee was able to explain all the cause and effects. Carly really got into it, so I stood back and let Ashlee teach her.
They were able to talk about static electricity, acids and neutrals, separating oil and water, and the favorite was the oobleck.
Baylee was watching with serious anticipation!
I have to post this picture- Ashlee had her 4th grade swim party, her hair was french braided back. After the party and a massive rain storm this is what her hair looked like- I thought she outgrew her curls!!
