This weekend Darrell and I sat down and made all kinds of menu's and lists to prepare for today. So far so good! He got up and went to the gym at 6:00, and I went to my Tone and Tighten class after the older girls went to school. I know I'm not going to starve, we have to eat 6 times a day- but I love my sweets! I'm really hoping after the first week my cravings will go down- we'll see! I have watched a few of my friends do this and it's worked great for them. I like it because it spells everything out for you- I need that! I've decided to share this with all of you because I know you love to hear every thing that happens in our house!:) My friend Stephanie started a new blog page called Shapin' up- if you're interested click on the link on my page to Stephanie and Rhett, then click on Shapin' up on hers. It has great pointers and advice on getting and staying in shape! I'll keep you updated on how this goes- hopefully in the next few weeks Darrell and I will see some results! Sorry no pictures of us- we do have a little pride!

Good for you. Marcus and I are also "shaping up" I think we are really UN-shaping, since we are both quite round. Ha ha. Good luck. Keep us posted!
Way to go! We're on our way as well. I hear when couples do it together the wife gets frustrated because men lose faster than women! I've really been counting calories and walking on our treadmill and it's no easy task! I don't want to say goodbye to so many foods, but I'm finding healthy alternatives. I agree with you that it's easier to have it all spelled out for you that way you don't have to wonder what to do or eat.
Thats great! I am really proud of you guys for just starting you know? I have been doing weight watchers with some friends here in Oregon and have lost almost ten pounds already! Just had to brag because I don't dare put it on my own blog yet! But I am excited to see some before and after pictures!
