The kids enjoyed two days home from school because of snow. I am not a fan of playing in the snow so I apologize that the pictures aren't very close- I like to stand in the doorway and zoom the camera as much as possible.
The snow was perfect for building a snowman and Lexi and Ashlee couldn't wait. They rolled the snowballs until they were the "perfect" size and then put them together. They had built it on a little hill so it kept falling over. Lexi was keeping the snowman together while Ashlee searched for the best arms.
We then had to look for eyes, nose, mouth, and all the other fun things. I had tons of candy canes and candy cane kisses left from Christmas and thought they would work. They didn't, so our mouth out of kisses is a snowman that has one tooth- perfect in Arkansas! We had to show our support of the San Diego Chargers with the hat.

Darrell came home early from work because of "inclement weather" we laugh about that. Everything closes when it snows or if there is any ice on the road. He was out with the kids for almost 2 hours playing and they even threw snowballs at the neighbors door until they came out and had a snowball fight with them.

Okay, I really need to send you apicture of our front yard! School was not canceled, and my husband was not released from work. I'm glad you were able to enjoy the snow!
I didn't know it snowed in Arkansas! Looks like fun! I thought it was warmer in Arkansas- being the south and all.

That is crazy! I saw on the news last night they canceled school in Ogden for today because of snow, but we are talking 18"!! Insane. Looks like fun though, and I am just like you, I hate to be in the snow, it is so wet and cold and miserable...so I competely understand the pics. LOVE the new background too. I am totally impressed.
