We had the parade this weekend. The girl's couldn't wait to go and catch candy. I am such a dork- I forgot all about them throwing candy so they took their hat's off and caught the candy in them!
Darrell had gone to the gym and was going to meet us at the parade- we never found him! (He is so dedicated to training for a tri athalon!) I felt really bad- he probably looked really strange all alone at the parade. This is one of the few times it really stinks not having a cell phone! We got rid of them a few months ago- we weren't using them enough to really justify the cost.
The kids are so excited for Christmas and are counting down the days- well so am I! I love Christmas so much- but every year I want to cry when it's over. I hate putting everything away, and I swear people turn grouchy over night! Stay tuned for more Christmas updates- I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR!!!

I swear the only reason I have a cell phone is so my husband can get a hold of me when I'm away from the house!
