Saturday we boiled and colored our eggs. Every year we swear we are going to start earlier so we don't have to be out in the dark coloring our eggs and freezing, but every year we end up out there! This year we decided to put all the dye on the ground and just let the kids do it by themselves. They loved it- Carly made us all a little nervous, so I ended up helping a little. We told the kids to find old play clothes that can get ruined, they came out in shorts- again Darrell and I felt bad it was so cold! Carly was lucky- I found an old jogging suit so she didn't get cold at all.
Easter morning the kids had fun finding their baskets.
Carly found hers in the "Tornado Closet"- hopefully we won't have to use it much this spring!
Ashlee found hers on the bench by the table- my purse was blocking it, so it took her a while.
Lexi found hers under the table cloth, she was so glad it didn't take her as long as last year to find it!
They each got a spring outfit and too much candy.
Then it was time to find the boiled eggs the Easter Bunny hid. They each had 7 to find and Carly got hers first. Lexi was next. It always stinks to be the last one because there is always one egg no one can find. Ash searched and searched, and finally found it in the chandelier.
Still searching for the last egg

Here are each of them in their Easter dresses. It's so hard to find coordinating dresses for 3 girls that they all like, now I'm going to have to start doing it for 4 girls!

I love their long hair, it's so fun to play with and do little styles with. I know I'm going to cry when we all donate our hair in July. The kids are each getting excited to donate it too.

How beautiful!!!!!!!!! I love the girl's hair, perfect.
So pretty in pink! =) I love the last picture of their hair. It's amazing that they all have the same length of hair!
Looks like you guys had a great Easter! Your girls so so beautiful! And I can't get over how grown up Carly is looking! I love their matching dresses, and their hair is so pretty. It's all getting so long (and yours too!) But it will be fun to see the new styles when you get it all cut to donate. And what a great thing to do to help others. :)
The girls look beautiful! What a fun Easter!
The pictures of you dying eggs with the girls brought a tear to my eye. How sweet.
On a less sappy note: Baylee won't really have an opinion about her Easter dress for a few years.. ;)
Your girls are so pretty!
I loves seeing your belly!!! And the girls hair is just beautiful! I'm glad I found you on here!!!
What cute little girls!!!! I remember the very short lived days of pretty pink Easter dresses.
K, girl, I am not blowing any smoke up your hiney-- you look HOT!! How are you so skinny? I love your long, straight hair! And I can't believe how long your girls' hair is too-- Kizi's and my hair grows so slowly. I love the coordinating dresses! Too cute! It cracks me up that you guys do eggs outside tho... ;)
Cute dresses! You are a good mom to dye eggs. Dustin and I realized as we were on our dat Sat night, we didn't dye eggs! We haven't done it the last 3 yrs. I always forget! I'm terrible.
Their dresses are sooo pretty! Oh my gosh you guys had a great Easter Sunday, I can tell. You are such a cute pregnant lady Alissa.
My children didn't get clothes or dresses. I think it's a good tradition. I was just too frugal this year. They each got a $5 DVD from Target: Barbie, Barbie, and Spiderman.
I love the idea of matching dresses. We have to color corodinate with boys ties and one dress. Your girls are so cute and getting so big. We miss you guys.
